Role OverviewAs a Laborer Telecom Aerial II, you'll support the Aerial Telecom Crew by ensuring materials and equipment are readily available, enhancing the installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom cables. You'll work in a field environment, providing tools, parts, and materials to crew members, repositioning equipment, and performing manual excavation and minor repairs.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing tools and materials, repositioning equipment, ensuring door-tag notifications, and performing manual excavation and minor repairs. You'll also direct traffic flow, work overtime, travel, and perform on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.

To be a fit for this role, you'll need to be willing to become a certified pole climber, have 0-3 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications, and be able to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional) with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to become a certified pole climber
- 0-3 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications
- Ability to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments
