Role OverviewAs a Laborer Telecom Aerial, you'll support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials. You'll work in a field environment, performing various tasks such as providing tools and materials, repositioning equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing tools and parts to crew members, repositioning equipment, ensuring door-tagging and resident notifications are completed, and performing hand digging and traffic direction.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for individuals who are willing to work in all weather conditions, can lift up to 55 pounds, and have a valid state driver's license. Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license
- Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
