Role OverviewThe primary purpose of this position is to clean and prepare construction job sites for the erection of structures and buildings. The incumbent should have the ability and flexibility to work different shifts and long hours (8-12 hours). Weekend work and extra hours occur according to production needs and at the discretion of the Crew Supervisor.
What You Will Do
Stacks lumber or wood products, reinforced steel, tools, miscellaneous materials, sacks, containers, and other products on floors, decks, trailers, or in bins to supply the job site. Dismantles wood forms, removes concrete rubble, spreads dirt, sand, and other materials by handheld tools, and removes nails and hardware to salvage material.

Requirements
- A minimum of a year or more of experience in the construction industry
- A basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in constant change in weather and site conditions
- Ability to lift, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach to perform everyday job tasks
