What You Will Do
Provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling sessions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Active LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or ADC (Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential in Minnesota

- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
