The Ladies Locker Room Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional professionalism and customer service to our members and guests. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms and other designated areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all users.

What You Will Do

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms and other designated areas, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with Club standards and communicated expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness, hospitality, or similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to interact positively and professionally with members and guests
• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a public or recreational facility, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively assist members and respond to their needs or concerns
• Ability to handle minor issues or concerns that may arise, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
