Job Description
Worley is a global professional services company seeking a Piping Field Engineer II for a major pipe rack project in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy structural steel erection and piping installation, with a strong field presence and ability to represent the Owner in interactions with contractors and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in heavy structural steel erection and piping installation on large industrial projects
  • Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs, general arrangements, and module drawings
  • Strong field presence with the ability and willingness to spend the majority of time on the construction site
  • Proficiency with MS Office and comfort working with construction documentation and tracking tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience acting in an Owner’s Representative or client-side role on capital projects
