Job Description
The Next Steps Coordinator supports the Discipleship team staff and volunteer leaders by helping individuals and families take meaningful next steps in their faith journey.

Requirements

  • Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a deep love for God's word
  • Active participant or member of Elmbrook church who supports and endorses the statement of faith, core values, and vision
  • Servant-hearted attitude, upholding Elmbrook's staff values of integrity and humility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick learning of new software applications and digital tools as needed for church operations and communication
