What You Will Do
As a Lamination Shift Supervisor, you will lead and supervise employees in adhesive lamination, extrusion lamination, press roll rewinders, and drive achievement of production, quality, safety, and productivity goals. You will also monitor machine performance, production schedules, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, ERP/MRP systems, and timekeeping and attendance systems
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
