Role OverviewThe Land Acquisitioner will acquire undeveloped land or finished lots for development, working with property owners, brokers, land developers, city officials, and others to secure land. This role requires a professional and ethical approach to serve customers and increase the company's profit. The successful candidate will be able to travel overnight and have strong written and oral communication skills.
What You Will Do
The Land Acquisitioner will perform title and municipal research, provide initial meetings with sellers, prepare letters of intent, maintain relationships with land developers and owners, and negotiate purchase contracts. They will also underwrite and analyze the financial aspects of each development opportunity.

Requirements
- Fifth year college or university program certificate
- Four to six years related experience and/or training
