Job Description
SolAmerica Energy is seeking a Land Administrator to support the land acquisition projects. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and maintaining detailed records related to land acquisition activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing correspondence. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in adapting to the dynamic field of land administration tasks. The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days a week in the HQ.

Requirements

  • Recording all land documents via Simplifile or coordination with office staff
  • Processing lease/purchase and sale agreements and communicating with the office staff
  • Updating accounting and land dashboards
  • Drafting letters to landowners for fully executed leases and other documents
  • Processing check requests and assisting with land team projects
  • Preparing mail campaigns and assigning documents
