Role OverviewManage vendors and contractors to develop raw land for home and amenities construction in new communities. Responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects of the development and scheduling process for infrastructure installation.
What You Will Do
Review civil improvement plans, implement development and scheduling process, meet with jurisdictional officials, track project milestones, and assist project managers.

Must have 3 years of related experience, associate degree, and valid driver's license. Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office. Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
