Land Development Project Manager

The Land Development Project Manager will lead development projects from initial concept through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout. This role combines technical expertise with project and client leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, project scope, schedule, and budget while serving as a trusted partner to clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

What You Will Do

As a Land Development Project Manager, you will manage land development projects from proposal and initial concept through design, permitting, construction support, and project closeout. You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, landscape architects, designers, surveyors, environmental professionals, and other technical specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Active Professional Landscape Architect (RLA) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Significant professional experience in land development, site design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project-management experience with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and project delivery.
• Experience leading land development projects through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Experience overseeing or coordinating site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and related site-development elements.
• Experience serving as a client contact and coordinating with municipalities, reviewing agencies, and other project stakeholders.
• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Working knowledge of municipal and regulatory permitting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
