Role OverviewThe Land Survey Project Manager will oversee land surveying projects while ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, budget management, staff development, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of Arizona surveying requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop project scopes and prepare cost proposals, negotiate contracts and project agreements, manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.

Requirements
- Arizona Registered Land Surveyor License
- Minimum ten years of land surveying experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS)
- Strong understanding of Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards
- Experience with ALTA/NSPS Survey Standards
- Experience utilizing Trimble Business Center
- Experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proven experience managing surveying projects from initiation through completion
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules
- Experience preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Experience supervising and mentoring surveying staff
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Stable employment history
- U.S. citizen authorized to work in the United States
