Requirements

  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • LSIT certification required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, GIS, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years as a licensed PLS
  • Preferred: 1+ year of project management experience
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and work orders
