Role OverviewLeads and performs skilled manual work related to the maintenance and construction of landfill grounds. Oversees project crews and coordinates field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of tasks.
What You Will Do
Supervises and participates in tasks such as trash removal, litter fence and silt fence installation and repair, and general grounds maintenance. Oversees crew safety and ensures quality workmanship in accordance with landfill standards.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited high school or possess an acceptable equivalent diploma
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in grounds maintenance or related work
- Experience in supervising/overseeing the work of others
- Completed a basic supervisory training program
- Completed a basic safety training program through the County OED division or equivalent training
- Valid driver’s license
- Florida driver’s license
