Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect Senior Project Manager to work on exciting projects across Central Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the built environment, excellent design and communication skills, and experience in project management, team leadership, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
  • A minimum of 12 years’ professional experience in landscape architecture is preferred.
  • Professional registration as a Virginia Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly.
  • Team player with excellent design, graphic, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Experience in producing high-quality concept presentations and documentation sets.
  • Experience of project accounting and demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Experience in construction administration and specifications.
  • Experience in business development and client development.
  • Experience with both in-office and remote project management.
  • Knowledge in design software including AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and 3D modeling programs.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite applications, BlueBeam PDF, and construction management software(s).
  • LEED or SITES Accreditation is preferred but not required.
