What You Will Do
Perform general yard maintenance and gardening, sweep and blow sidewalks, dispose of trash, and maintain inventory and condition of tools.

Requirements
- Ability to perform gardening and general grounds cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Read and understand instruction manuals in English
- Stand, bend, and stoop for a period of time
- Maintain written record of completed assignments
- Criminal record clearance
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States as required by Immigration and Reform Act of 1986
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
