Role OverviewWork as a crew leader, responsible for training, retention, and direction of crew activities on job sites. Provide effective leadership to support high employee morale and quality service for every client.
What You Will Do
Supervise a crew of 2-6 employees, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing, and leaf pick up.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience, valid driver's license, and pesticide license. Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment, motivate and lead subordinates, and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
