Role OverviewWillow Valley Communities is seeking a Landscaper/Gardener to maintain the grounds across two premier campuses. The successful candidate will work outdoors in all seasons, creating beautiful landscapes and gardens. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
What You Will Do
The Landscaper/Gardener will participate in various seasonal and year-round responsibilities, including preparing terrain, planting shrubs and trees, trimming and edging, and maintaining clean outdoor spaces.

Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pride in maintaining beautiful and welcoming outdoor environments
