Role OverviewWillow Valley Communities is looking for a Landscaper/Gardener to join our team and help maintain the exceptional grounds across our two premier campuses. You'll play an important role in preserving the beauty that Residents and guests enjoy year-round.
What You Will Do
As a valued member of our Landscaping team, you'll help keep our grounds beautiful through a variety of seasonal and year-round responsibilities, including preparing and grading terrain, planting shrubs and trees, trimming shrubs and cultivating gardens, and more.

Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pride in maintaining beautiful and welcoming outdoor environments
