Role OverviewAs a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a team of 2-4 crew members, ensuring consistent standards for safety, quality, and presentation on every site. You will work with your supervisor and client service reps to deliver solutions to client concerns, and adapt to surprises while keeping your crew moving efficiently.

Requirements
- Solid experience in the landscape industry (at least 3 seasons)
- Leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle priorities with ease
- Valid, insurable driver's license
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 3.0 commercial pesticide applicator license
