Role OverviewAs a crucial member of the operations team, the Landscape Production Manager leads frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while creating beautiful landscapes that inspire clients. This position oversees production planning, cost estimation, materials procurement, and is directly involved with the hiring and training of crew members.

The Landscape Production Manager will perform landscape quality audits, create job service plans, provide production planning and oversight, identify opportunities to improve production methods, and contribute to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations.
