Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced landscaper to join our Enhancement team, and eventually lead their own route and crew. This team takes yards to the next level with meticulous detail work and fine tuning, above and beyond routine lawn maintenance.
What You Will Do
Technical and specific shrub trimming based on plant type and time of year, edge and trim beds, prune trees and shrubs, weed, spread mulch and pine straw, small-scale plant and annuals installation, and some routine lawn maintenance.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with no major MVR infractions
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of how and when to prune and trim shrubs
- Detail-oriented mindset and keen eye
- Previous professional lawn maintenance experience with focus on enhancement
- Ability to operate equipment proficiently and safely
- Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions, both hot and cold
- Physical capability to lift greater than 50 lbs
