Job Description
Role Overview

The Landscaper has responsibility for minor repairs and regular grounds maintenance for the assigned complex. This position requires the ability to work independently and with flexible hours.

What You Will Do

Maintains assigned grounds, driveways, walk ways, and parking lots in good condition. Follows daily maintenance checklist provided by supervisor; Assures tools and supplies are stocked and appropriately secured in maintenance store rooms.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
  • Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
