What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple landscape maintenance crews, collaborating with the Branch Manager, providing hands-on training and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, performing regular site inspections, and maintaining clear communication with account managers and vendors.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Three (3) years in a grounds/commercial landscaping management position
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- A passion for quality work and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with native plants and horticultural knowledge
- At least 21 years old and willing to work Saturdays and in various weather conditions
- A valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
