Role OverviewThe Landscaping Manager is responsible for preserving and enhancing the beauty, health, and functionality of the property's exterior landscape through proactive management, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership. This position oversees all landscaping and irrigation operations, manages vendor relationships, and ensures the property's grounds consistently reflect Hyatt's standards of excellence.
What You Will Do
Manage all landscape maintenance operations, perform and oversee irrigation system troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, seasonal adjustments, and system optimization, and lead by example through active participation in physical landscaping and irrigation work.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticultural operations
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial irrigation systems, including diagnostics, repair, programming, and preventative maintenance
- Experience supervising landscape contractors and vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of irrigation components, controllers, valves, pumps, drainage systems, and water management practices
- Ability and willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
