Role OverviewThe Landscape Superintendent oversees the maintenance of all common areas, provides exceptional lawn and landscaping services to residents, and manages landscape installations for new home construction projects. This role ensures all landscaping work meets WindRiver's high standards for appearance, safety, and environmental stewardship.
What You Will Do
The Landscape Superintendent will oversee daily operations and maintenance of common areas, manage lawn care, irrigation, tree, shrub, and flower maintenance, and implement seasonal color changes, mulching, pruning, and other horticultural programs. This role will also provide professional lawn and landscape maintenance services for individual resident homes, communicate with residents regarding services and schedules, and ensure resident satisfaction through quality work and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance and installation experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Valid driver's license
- Certification in pesticide application (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (strongly preferred)
- OSHA 10 certified (preferred)
- Equipment Operator License (preferred)
