Role Overview

The Large Party Coordinator will help create and coordinate hotel activation programing and drive Food and Beverage Marketing initiatives. This person will liaise with Marketing and Public Relation agencies to supply content for Social Media and Press opportunities, assist with the preparation of influencer and media visits, and manage the reservation system. The Large Party Coordinator will also support hotel in day to day administrative tasks, greet guests warmly, and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Large Party Coordinator include managing the reservation system, seating guests efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, collaborating with the management team to improve restaurant operations, and actively participating in marketing and sales efforts to increase restaurant revenue.
