The Laser Field Repair Technician supports jewelers worldwide by providing high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance for laser equipment in both remote and on-site environments.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot, test, and repair laser equipment both remotely and in person, document customer interactions, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (subject to drug screen and background check)
