Requirements
- Graduation from High School or GED.
- Valid Utah Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A candidate must have at least 1 year of previous corrections officer experience as a Utah POST-certified BCO
- Utah POST BCO / Corrections certified officers are encouraged to apply but must contact Utah POST to ensure applicant is eligible to challenge the Utah BCO certification process
