Role OverviewThe Latitudes Consultant is responsible for providing a tour guest presentation in the Sales Department, ensuring a superior guest experience while our guests are visiting the resort. The primary function is to sell vacation packages to our touring guests who choose not to purchase timeshare.
What You Will Do
Conducts a Latitudes sales presentation as trained and scheduled, attends training classes for continuous improvement, and resolves all customer service challenges.

Requirements
- One year of timeshare and/or package sales experience preferred
- Verifiable sales statistics
- Self-directed and independent but works as a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude
- Dependable and goal-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be process-oriented with attention to detail
- Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service, or product from guests and co-workers
- Must work on-site; this is NOT a remote position
- Must have or be able to obtain either a NV Timeshare License or NV Real Estate License
