Role OverviewAs a Launch Engineering Specialist, you will help build world-class smart vehicles by establishing efficient labor standards, methods, and process flow across the plant. You will drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and effective manpower utilization in support of production goals.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing and installing labor standards and methods, tracking labor and manpower utilization, conducting job ergonomics evaluations, and recommending efficient manpower distribution.

Requirements
