Role OverviewFirefly Instrumentation and Control Technicians within the launch group are responsible for the installation, maintenance, modification and calibration of launch site instrumentation and control systems. You will work as part of a small team requiring minimal supervision, so a self-starter is a must!
What You Will Do
Performs work according to policy, procedures and specifications. Constructs launch SCADA systems from specific instrumentation and communication devices. Installs, calibrates, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs major electronic systems and peripheral devices per manufacturer's specification.

High School Diploma or GED, 0-3 years of aerospace or industrial process, instrumentation and controls experience. Ability to correctly interpret complex detailed electrical, electronic drawings and prints. Skilled in the use of personal computers and numerous software applications such as Excel, Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
