Laundry Employee - Part-Time

Requirements

• Perform tasks to assure all resident and facility laundry is properly sorted, washed, dried, folded, ironed, or hung.
• Picks up and delivers linens.
• Receives resident personal items from nursing to be laundered and returns residents personal laundry after laundering.
• Operates all appropriate equipment to perform department functions.
• Follows all established laundry and safety guidelines.
• Maintains effective relationships with employees, residents and the general public.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Performs all routine cleaning, housekeeping and safety duties within the department.
• Attends staff and in-service meetings as required.
• Performs other related assigned duties.
