Job Description
The Laundry Supervisor oversees daily operations in the laundry department, maintains a good working relationship with colleagues, and ensures high quality control and productivity levels. They are responsible for supervising laundry personnel, completing monthly inventory reports, and maintaining cleanliness and operation of laundry equipment. The ideal candidate has a thorough working knowledge of all laundry equipment and a strong ability to communicate and lead effectively.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of laundry operations in a hotel or resort environment
  • One year housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
  • Exemplary Leadership skills and a willingness to serve others
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
