Role OverviewThe Laundry Supervisor oversees daily operations in the laundry department, maintains high quality control and productivity level, and works closely with laundry purveyors to ensure quality and cost effectiveness. They maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, develop a thorough understanding of linen needs, and maintain poundage reports. The Laundry Supervisor also monitors the safe operation of equipment and maintains sanitization and cleanliness standards.

Daily operations, staffing, quality control, productivity level, re-wash program, poundage reports, performance reviews, equipment operation, and sanitization standards.

Requirements
- General knowledge of laundry operations in a hotel or resort environment
- One year housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
- Exemplary Leadership skills and a willingness to serve others
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
