Requirements

• Directly manage a team of LE Ops agents
• Own queue health and operational performance
• Design and maintain standard operating procedures
• Partner with Legal, Policy, Privacy Eng, and Safety
• Work with Privacy Engineering and tooling teams
• Lead incident-driven and media-sensitive workstreams
• Own metrics, dashboards, and reviews
• Contribute to multi-year roadmap and headcount planning
• Represent LE Ops in cross-functional strategy forums
