Job Description
This position will support legal staff in the development of the Immigration and Legal Services Program at Journey's End, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit refugee resettlement agency in Buffalo, NY. The Law Graduate will assist attorneys in providing full-scale holistic immigration representation to low-income refugees, asylees, and other vulnerable immigrant populations.

Requirements

  • Pending admission to the bar or plan to sit for an upcoming bar exam of the bar of the highest court of any state in the country or U.S. territory
  • Ability to travel to all counties throughout Western New York or the Southern Tier
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to work with multilingual clients
