Role OverviewNaturescape of Lombard, IL is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide customers with outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves managing a route, transforming landscapes, and interacting with customers. The specialist will work 10-hour days, 4 days a week, and will be responsible for precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. Adaptability is key, as the specialist will pivot to snow removal during winter.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibility is to be the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes across the service area. The specialist will work independently in the great outdoors, navigating to residential and commercial properties, and will be responsible for precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
