Role OverviewNaturescape is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves working in a high-visibility position, assessing lawn health, and building rapport with customers. Adaptability is key, as the specialist will pivot to snow removal during winter and perform various tasks throughout the year.
What You Will Do
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control. You will work 10-hour days, 4 days a week, and navigate to residential and commercial properties to complete tasks. You will also be a consultant and problem-solver, communicating clearly and kindly with customers.
