What You Will Do
Run your own route, maintain a company vehicle, and utilize expert customer service skills to schedule and keep appointments with customers. Identify insects, weeds, fungus conditions, and other conducive conditions, and explain treatment plans to customers.

Requirements
- Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawncare and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
