Role OverviewWe are looking for a full-time Lawn Care Technician to provide uncompromised service to Lawn and Ornamental customers. The technician will evaluate and diagnose lawn and ornamental needs, and use hand and powered equipment to apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing lawn and ornamental needs, using equipment to apply treatments, and providing expert customer service to schedule and keep appointments with customers.

Requirements
- Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawncare and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
