Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a team of 3-5 members and ensure efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks, including trimming grass, edging lawn areas, and maintaining plants and foliage.

Requirements

  • Crew Leader Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role
  • Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience
  • Availability to work extended hours from Monday to Friday
  • Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team
