Role Overview

Provide administrative support to the Lawyer Recruiting and Development team, including meeting and event coordination, expense reimbursement, and document preparation. Work in conjunction with other team members to support team administrative functions firmwide. Maintain confidentiality of information.

What You Will Do

Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities, including meeting and event logistics, expense reimbursement, and document preparation. Draft and edit complex correspondence and other documents. Provide support to the Chief Lawyer Recruiting and Development Partner and LRD team management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • In a professional services office or other legal support experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
