Role OverviewAs a Lay-Up Technician, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! You will perform lay-up operation of air-craft transparency fabrication, including bagging and lamination, and provide engineering assistance and production support.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include performing lay-up operations, inspecting parts, repairing/reworking/disassembling, and providing engineering assistance and production support.

This role requires 3 years or more of transparency lay-up experience, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, and ability to work inside a clean-room and follow clean-room protocols.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of transparency lay-up experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Ability to work inside clean-room and follow clean-room protocols
- Ability to obtain and maintain solder certification
- Ability to use measurement tools (including but not limited to calipers, depth gage, micrometer etc.)
- Ability to maintain good records
- Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
- Ability to work overtime as needed
