Role OverviewAs a Layout Artist at HDR, you will be responsible for creating visual designs for proposals, marketing materials, and other documents. You will work in a team environment, coordinating with proposal managers and marketing coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing document templates, developing graphics, and coordinating document production in Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word. You may also be involved in training other coordinators on InDesign and assisting with document editing, research, and file maintenance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, management, graphics, or related field
- 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent typing, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Knowledge of production processes, both print and digital
- Customer service, communication skills, flexibility, time management, project management, attention to detail, negotiation skills, leadership, multitasking, and teamwork
