Layout Designer

Job Description
The Layout Designer is responsible for producing high-quality, visually consistent documents that align with brand standards and project goals within the Corporate Marketing Team. This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience in layout design, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color usage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent typing, spelling and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter
  • Knowledge of production processes, both print and digital
  • Customer service, communication skills, flexibility, time management, project management, attention to detail, negotiation skills, leadership, multitasking and teamwork
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Suite (including, but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Meticulous attention to visual design principles, fonts, and use of color
  • Ability to work with others and take constructive criticism and direction from a team
