Job Description
Fessler & Bowman, Inc. is seeking a Layout Foreman with experience in the construction industry, leadership skills, and ability to read blueprints and layout jobs. The ideal candidate should be team-focused, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.

Requirements

  • Perform layout duties, including transferring reference points and alignment from design drawings to the site
  • Read blueprints and layout jobs, mostly sidewalks, slabs, and walls
  • Leadership experience in leading and managing a crew to produce quality results
  • Ability to work independently and safely in conjunction with a foreman or project manager to solve problems in the field
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Three+ years minimum experience in the construction industry preferred
