Requirements

  • LBSW or LMSW degree from an accredited program
  • Licensure: LSW, LBSW or LMSW
  • Prior work experience in a community or long-term care setting is preferred
  • Skills in communication, assessment, and social work methods and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with various disciplines in an individual and team setting
  • Knowledge of social systems and implementation of pertinent state and federal regulations
  • Multitasking ability and commitment to the mission and goals of the center
