Requirements
- No prior manufacturing experience required
- Ability to follow instructions closely and follow manufacturing schedules
- Reliable, eager to learn, safety-conscious, and a great team player
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills to scan items and process production paperwork
- Ability to work in an environment where there is exposure to dirt, dust, noise, fumes and odor and is frequently exposed to heat, cold and dryness. Occasionally exposed to hazardous materials.
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Benefits
- Starting pay of $16.50 per hour
- Performance raises: up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days, plus up to an additional $0.75/hour increase at 6 months
